I had the pleasure of speaking with registered dietician Kim Shapira about her journey to becoming a health expert and her new book, “This is What You’re Really Hungry For.” We talked about the importance of listening to your body, trusting yourself, and developing tools to manage triggers and overcome limiting beliefs. Kim also shared her six simple, science-based rules for achieving a normal relationship with food and a balanced, sustainable lifestyle.
