Joy Happenings
When Sara moved to a new town and was exploring while pushing her toddler in a stroller, she saw a sign for African Drumming Lessons. “One day,” she thought, “I’ll take the time for myself to learn this new skill.” Seven years later, the door opened wider. Sara stepped through and has been learning not just African drumming on her bougarabou, but also playing with a group, African dancing, and more about music and its history.
Learning the single skill of drumming opened up a whole new world for Sara to explore and enjoy!
