A little bit of Joyful Support directly in your inbox!
We’re back with another newsletter packed with stories, joy, and a dash of home maintenance wisdom. This week, we’re diving into the fascinating topic of knowing what we want, sharing a fun coffee date prompt, and even tackling the surprisingly interesting subject of wall cleaning.
Let’s jump right in!
Joy Happenings
Over on her Substack this week, Lacey is wondering out loud how to know what we want. Something that feels like it can be so simple can actually really complicated.
What we want is all mixed up within our stories. Between what our past has taught us about what we do (or don’t) want, acting in the present that is aligned with our wants, and how we shape our future with our wants, our story can really help identify what we actually want.
If you could meet any fictional character for a coffee date, who would it be?
I think it is time you learn a little more about me (Sara) and you get to know another side, the dark/light side. I am a Star Wars fan (although not a loyalist to all the movies, that is a whole other newsletter) and if I could meet a fictional character for a coffee date it would be Rey.
Not only could I deep dive into questions about her journey, but she seems like an all around great person to spend time with and could really talk about anything.
How about you? What fictional character would you want to share a cup of coffee with?

Latte art always brings a level of joy to me that is unexplainable.
Ever wondered about cleaning your walls? If not, no worries, neither did Lacey. From cobwebs to kid’s artwork, we chatted about wall maintenance with practical tips for every home. And don’t worry, Lacey and Sara make it entertaining with their unique off the wall humor. (See what I did there?!)
